Order Management Coordinator

We are a leading UK supplier of waterproofing solutions for flat roofs, seeking an efficient Order Processor to join our team in the Poole area.
This part-time position offers an hourly rate of £13 and flexible hours between 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 4.00pm, Monday – Friday.
The ideal candidate will manage incoming customer orders, ensuring timely processing and maintaining accurate records, providing excellent customer service and supporting operational efficiency.
This role is essential in order management, inputting orders into software, preparing documentation, and resolving any issues related to orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- To process sales and internal purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- To input orders into the order processing software.
- Prepare and maintain all relevant documentation related to orders.
- Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically, and face-to-face.
- Address and resolve any issues related to orders.
- General office administration and clerical duties.
Requirements:
Essential skills include proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field, strong attention to detail, organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and order management software, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desired skills include experience with accountancy/order processing systems.
