The Role

This full-time Fabrications Coordinator/Estimator position is an exciting opportunity to join our existing team in Poole, Dorset.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing new enquiries and sales orders, establishing relationships with customers and suppliers, obtaining quotes from our suppliers, preparing quotations, and coordinating customer deliveries.

You will also process job costing information, manage stock control movements, generate invoices, assist with credit control, maintain CRM records, arrange machine servicing, and support business reporting.

Requirements

We're looking for an individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, experience with Office 365 (Outlook and Excel), and good math abilities.

A background in CRM systems is essential, while experience with technical drawings would be desirable.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave (inclusive of Christmas shutdown) plus bank holidays.
