We are a leading supplier of architectural aluminium profiles and waterproofing solutions in the construction industry.

This role involves working in our office in Poole, processing and managing sales orders, establishing relationships with customers and suppliers, and preparing quotations.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, experience with Office 365, and CRM knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales orders and processing new enquiries
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Obtaining quotes and prices from suppliers
  • Preparing and submitting quotations
  • Organising customer deliveries
  • Processing and entering job costing information
  • Keeping CRM system and project records up to date
