Job Description: Production Support Coordinator

About the Company:
Holt Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency in Poole, offering a range of roles in various industries. We are currently seeking a Production Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the stores area, ensuring parts are stored correctly and easily located. Key responsibilities include generating sales orders, creating dispatch/shipping notes, maintaining accurate records, closing job cards on the system and receiving parts to stock when manufacturing is complete, and maintaining the stores area. You will also be required to help in the stores to pick and kit orders as and when needed.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience as a stock controller or managing stock, strong Microsoft knowledge and ability to use CRM's, proven administration experience within Manufacturing/Production (advantageous), excellent organisation and time management skills, and willingness to work within stores as and when required to achieve orders on time.

Holt Recruitment offers a competitive salary of £12 per hour, along with other benefits such as a 4-day working week and flexible start and finish times.
