TribePost Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Planning Coordinator to join their team.

About the Role

This is a critical position within our organization, responsible for monitoring and ensuring the cost and schedules of projects are maintained within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review order documentation to ensure costs, margins, and schedules can be adhered to.
  • Record and provide feedback on lessons learned throughout projects.
  • Serve as the customer interface, providing regular status reports and dealing with issues under senior project manager guidance.
  • Produce project plans, regularly updated and issued to teams involved in meeting delivery schedules.
  • Holding regular project meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring actions are maintained, escalating if delivery is not met.
  • Manage a robust process to track project margin, ensuring margins are maintained and mitigation plans are developed.
  • Use ERP processes to maintain project status and costs, supporting production planning.
  • Report project status weekly to area leaders.
Requirements
  • Qualified to HNC/bachelor's degree level in a related discipline, with equivalent experience in sales, projects, or design.
  • Some experience in Project Management.
  • Effective communication skills, emphasizing building engagement, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Good commercial acumen, overseeing production proposals and client relationships.
  • Competent in IT, including Microsoft packages and ERP systems.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (if required).
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM Design, Manufacturing Methods, and Procedures.

  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
