Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Valeo Foods UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Process customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, manage claims, and provide timely communication.
  • Update sales forecasts in SAP and track stock levels for all branded SKUs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high degree of attention to detail in data management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP/IFS systems is a plus.
