Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Assistant to join our team in various care homes within the Heanor, Ilkeston, Ripley, and Codnor areas. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly residents living with age-related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer's. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced and friendly team to provide high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centered care by following individualized care plans
* Conduct regular observation checks to maintain resident safety and well-being
* Participate in activities designed to promote social interaction and engagement among residents
* Safely operate moving and handling equipment to assist residents as needed
* Uphold the highest standards of health and safety in the care environment

Vacancy Requirements:
* Up-to-date CV showcasing relevant experience
* Verifiable work history demonstrating at least 3 months paid UK experience in a care setting
* Valid Enhanced DBS certificate, registered on the update service or dated within the past 6 months
* Mandatory training certificates relevant to the role, dated within the past 12 months
* Strong communication skills

Salary Information: £11.60 per hour for day shifts and £12.00 per hour for night shifts.
