Key Account Development Lead

Competitive Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation packages. In addition to a basic salary, this role offers opportunities for bonus incentives, a company car or allowance, contributory pension, life assurance, and 25 days of holiday plus statutory entitlements.
Driving Business Growth
This role requires a skilled sales professional with a proven track record of success in the door and window industry. You will be responsible for generating new business within targeted sectors, identifying new prospects, and reporting on opportunities to the Sales Director. Your ability to develop new business opportunities, achieve or exceed turnover targets, and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential to your success in this role.
