Accounting Manager Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Manager Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing client preparations, managing workload, and providing development opportunities to your team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as an ambassador for the brand, supporting the Head of Department in attracting and maintaining clients.
- Team Management: Forecast and manage workload within your team, providing development opportunities and training.
- Quality Control: Ensure all client preparations meet accuracy, compliance, and deadline standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a practice environment.
- ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and CRM systems.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
- A hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office, 3 at home).
