Job Summary

DataCareers is seeking a Strategic Account Lead - Customer Success to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading our customer success initiatives and ensuring that our clients achieve their goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in customer success and account management, as well as excellent relationship building skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead our customer success initiatives and ensure that our clients achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer retention and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in customer success and account management.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to think strategically.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is up to £55,000 per annum.
