About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Contact Centre Advisor. This is a temporary, ongoing role that requires a balance between working from our office and your home.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents contacting the Contact Centre regarding repairs and property maintenance.
  • Advice and Information: Provide relevant advice and information across various communication channels to resolve household-related enquiries efficiently.
  • Performance Targets: Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team targets and the overall success of the Contact Centre.
  • Enquiry Handling: Handle routine enquiries from leaseholders regarding maintenance and support the Neighbourhood Management team in delivering an excellent housing and estate management service.
  • Problem-Solving: Strive for first contact resolution by being proactive and thoroughly investigating the residents' reasons for contact, ensuring their requests are completed in full.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in a customer service environment utilising various communication methods.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in using IT systems for information sourcing, recording information, and inputting transactions with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle enquiries across a range of digital channels.
