Data Sector Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth and revenue.
With a strong background in B2B sales and marketing, you will have a proven track record of success in driving sales performance and building high-performing sales teams. You will be an excellent communicator, able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers alike.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and marketing, has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
We offer a competitive salary package, including £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. The role is based in Wrexham and requires occasional travel to client sites.
