Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to contribute to the delivery of our sales strategy for the SME division across laundry, catering, and infection control verticals.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate a proven track record in contracted solution sales, driving growth and expansion in existing and new markets.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to secure new business opportunities, leveraging strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and present effectively to gain new clients, ensuring successful account acquisition and retention.
- Cultivate and grow existing accounts, identifying new customer needs and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- A proven track record of delivering ambitious growth plans, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to varied client types and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and make strategic decisions that drive business results.
- Familiarity with the install and service marketplace, with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £75,000 - £85,000 per year (OTE), reflecting their exceptional skills and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including home and field-based working arrangements within postcode areas CH, LL, SY, TF, and LD.
