Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at JLA Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to the delivery of our sales strategy across our SME division, covering laundry, catering, and infection control verticals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering against the sales strategy set for the SME team, working closely with colleagues to ensure effective management and conversion, growing existing accounts, and acquiring new clients.

Cementing and driving key customer relationships will be a key focus area, along with understanding target markets, developing and delivering presentations to secure new business, and staying up-to-date on industry developments and corporate competitors.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in contracted solution sales
  • Have a consultative approach to client requirements
  • Be a strong communicator capable of handling varied client types
  • Have an understanding of the install and service marketplace

Prior experience should include successful delivery of ambitious growth plans, negotiation and presentation skills, experience dealing with SME decision makers, and a track record in selling products with financial justification.

This role requires performance drive, resilience, action orientation, and ability to manage oneself without supervision. The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £90,000, plus uncapped commission.
