Job Title: Enterprise Salesforce Functional Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Salesforce Functional Lead to join our team at Tiro Partners Limited. As a functional lead, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale Salesforce projects from gathering requirements to managing implementation and client relationships.

About the Role:

  • Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce projects across various industries
  • Design and implement bespoke Salesforce solutions
  • Manage project delivery from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce technical knowledge
  • Establish strong client relationships and manage ongoing support

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven success in delivering Salesforce projects in client-facing environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with managing multiple projects and mentoring junior team members

Estimated Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum, plus bonus
