As part of the Seafarer Operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing documents, assessing them against specific criteria, and issuing relevant certificates or endorsements.

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating documents from applicants, determining their eligibility for certification, and issuing necessary documents. Effective communication skills are vital, as you will need to contact applicants via email to clarify any issues or requirements.

This role requires no prior knowledge of the maritime sector, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will work Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, earning a competitive hourly rate of £12.36.

You will be responsible for reviewing documents, determining eligibility, issuing certificates, and interacting with applicants. If you have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities, we invite you to apply.

Average salary: £24,936 - £30,240 per annum.
