About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience in both recruitment and administration, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, handling incoming emails, ensuring correct invoices and receipts are sent out to customers and prospects, dealing with confidential documents, and helping out with PAYE.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in recruitment and administration.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or office management is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes and PAYE.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Estimated Salary Range$65,000 - $80,000 per year.
