Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping and Administration Professional to join our team in the Southampton area. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities include updating customer pricing, reconciling cash accounts, and supporting the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to work with a reputable company like Wild Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting and finance functions, as well as experience using accounting software. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Update and review customer pricing
- Reconcile cash accounts
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Purchase ledgers
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any invoice queries

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper desirable
