Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our cruise ship department, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing administration tasks for the Bar on various cruise ships.
The main duties of this role include:
- Speaking with customers daily via phone and email
- Preparing pick instructions on the warehouse computer system
- Updating KPI reports for review
- Data entry for inbound and outbound goods into multiple computer systems
- Preparation of shipment documents for Export
- Report checking ensuring correct shipment allocation of orders
Salary
The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, which reflects the skills and qualifications required for this position.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Administration experience
- MICROSOFT OFFICE experience
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Customs/Bond knowledge (desirable)
