Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our cruise ship department, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing administration tasks for the Bar on various cruise ships.

The main duties of this role include:
  • Speaking with customers daily via phone and email
  • Preparing pick instructions on the warehouse computer system
  • Updating KPI reports for review
  • Data entry for inbound and outbound goods into multiple computer systems
  • Preparation of shipment documents for Export
  • Report checking ensuring correct shipment allocation of orders

Salary
The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, which reflects the skills and qualifications required for this position.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • Administration experience
  • MICROSOFT OFFICE experience
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Customs/Bond knowledge (desirable)
