A leading financial institution is seeking a seasoned Digital Employee Experience Manager to join their services group at RedCat Digital.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of over 15 professionals to develop and own the digital experience for employees across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure group to ensure seamless digital interactions.
  • Establish and maintain vendor and 3rd party relationships.
  • Develop and implement the Digital Employee Experience vision.
  • Act as the service owner for client technology assets in EMEA.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience with ticket management and reporting within ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Coupa in procurement processes.
  • Experience managing a team of technical staff responsible for Digital Employee Experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern client computing platforms, including MS Windows OS, MS SCCM, MS M365, and IOS and Android mobile devices.

**What We Offer:**

  • Competitive salary range: £85,000 - £95,000.
  • Central London offices.
