    • Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees by managing the offboarding process, collecting company property, and conducting exit interviews.
    • Maintain and update onboarding and offboarding checklists and documentation.
  • In-Office Event Management:
    • Plan, organise, and execute a variety of in-office & company events such as team-building activities, holiday parties, and employee recognition programs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with company culture and values.
    • Coordinate event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure successful execution.
  • Equipment and Office Inventory:
    • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office equipment and supplies.
    • Ensure that employees have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.
    • Oversee the procurement of new equipment and supplies, and manage the maintenance and repair of existing items.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
    • Coordinate with building management and external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other facilities-related issues.
    • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures related to facilities used.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in office management, human resources, or event planning.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for creating an enjoyable work atmosphere.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues promptly.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging and memorable events.
  • Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Based in either Mcr or London, with travel between both sites - 4/5 days a week onsite in one or both locations.
Benefits:
  • 36 days holiday per year, including a 10 day block "reset", Christmas closure and birthday day off.
  • Ben Allowance - Subsidised bespoke benefits package giving you access to benefits you want (Childcare, enhanced pension, healthcare, gym, Netflix, Deliveroo, you name it, it's on there).
  • Access to Vitality healthcare for health insurance.
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity policy as well as enhanced policies for same-sex and non-binary couples.
  • Enhanced compassionate leave so you can truly take the time you need.
  • Flexible working hours giving you an earlier start for an earlier finish or later start for a later finish. We want you to work in a way that works best for you and your life.
  • Company away days
  • Community days - we give you time off to go support a cause you believe in
  • Plenty of clubs/societies - and if we don't have something that suits then you can always suggest it.
