Programme Manager, Digital

**About the Role**

Match Digital is seeking an experienced Digital Programme Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experiences across web, mobile, VR/AR, tablet, and retail.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with teams, including Product, Customer Experience, Development, and Experience Design, to develop and deliver new user and customer experiences across the platform.
  • Be ultimately responsible for the budgets, briefs, and schedules within your portfolio of work, supported by a PMO team.
  • Ensure stakeholders and leadership teams are aware of any issues or risks to the platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer experience.

**Requirements**

  • Experience working as a Digital Programme Manager on a B2C platform.
  • Experience across web, mobile, tablet, and ideally AR/VR & retail.
  • Agile / SCRUM experience alongside knowledge of JIRA.
  • Knowledge of web apps, information systems, digital marketing solutions, and social media platforms.
