About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Leadership: Lead and manage the delivery of digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, providing expert advice and guidance on digital real estate matters.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, supporting the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals for digital real estate projects.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, sharing best practices and lessons learned in the digital real estate sector.
  • Technology Adoption: Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance, such as data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience leading and managing portfolios/programmes, with digital real estate portfolio/programme management experience essential.
  • Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to digital real estate.
  • Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management processes and systems, such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid.
  • Awareness/experience of various methods of procurement and forms of contract for digital real estate projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written, with the ability to communicate complex digital real estate concepts to diverse audiences.
