Job Title: Digital Employee Experience Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Employee Experience Manager to join our team at RedCat Digital. As a key member of our services group, you will be responsible for leading a team of over 15 professionals in developing and owning the way employees across EMEA interact with the business digitally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 3 direct reports and indirectly oversee the work of 20 team members.
  • Infrastructure Collaboration: Work closely with the infrastructure group to ensure seamless integration of digital employee experience initiatives.
  • Vendor and Partnership Management: Own and manage vendor and 3rd party relationships to drive business value.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the digital employee experience vision, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
  • Service Ownership: Act as the service owner for client technology assets in EMEA, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Ticket Management: Proven experience with ticket management and reporting within ServiceNow.
  • Procurement Knowledge: Familiarity with Coupa in procurement processes.
  • Team Management: Successful track record of managing a team of technical staff responsible for digital employee experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of modern client computing platforms, including MS Windows OS, MS SCCM, MS M365, and IOS and Android mobile devices.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 salary range.
