About the Role:

We are seeking an Employee Experience Manager to ensure a positive and productive work environment across our multiple offices. This role involves overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing office events, maintaining inventory, and handling facilities management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and dedicated to fostering a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Offboarding of Employees:
    • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and checklists to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • In-Office Event Management:
    • Plan and execute office and company events that align with company values and promote team building.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events are well-organized and successful.
  • Equipment and Office Inventory:
    • Manage office equipment and supplies to ensure they are up-to-date and functional.
    • Procure new equipment and oversee maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Ensure a safe and functional work environment by coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
    • Monitor and address any facilities-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management or event planning, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude and passion for creating a great work atmosphere that promotes team engagement and productivity.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities to address any challenges that may arise.
  • Reliable and trustworthy with a sense of confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
  • Based in London or Manchester with travel between locations as needed.
