The Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Talent team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, data management, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our HR system, Hibob, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on new starters, leavers, and team changes.
- Develop and maintain templates and workflows to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Provide offer letters, contracts, and other essential documents to employees throughout their journey.
- Oversee the uploading and filing of new starter documents, ensuring compliance and organization.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions, IT support, and ensure a seamless experience for new team members.
- Support benefits administration, share option management, and training platform administration.
- Collaborate with the People Team to drive projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in people's best practices and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
- Enthusiasm for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
- A genuine desire to support employee growth and development.
- Experience in thinking strategically about people needs and anticipating future challenges.
- Strong understanding of data and how it can be used to inform decisions.
- Comfortable using a variety of systems and a quick learner.
