The Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to join our People & Talent team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, data management, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our HR system, Hibob, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on new starters, leavers, and team changes.
  • Develop and maintain templates and workflows to streamline data collection and reporting.
  • Provide offer letters, contracts, and other essential documents to employees throughout their journey.
  • Oversee the uploading and filing of new starter documents, ensuring compliance and organization.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions, IT support, and ensure a seamless experience for new team members.
  • Support benefits administration, share option management, and training platform administration.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to drive projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest in people's best practices and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Enthusiasm for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
  • A genuine desire to support employee growth and development.
  • Experience in thinking strategically about people needs and anticipating future challenges.
