Office Manager, Employee Experience

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Manager & Officer, Employee Experience to enhance the employee journey within our organization. This individual will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee office management for multiple locations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, including conference planning, catering, and audiovisual equipment setup.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding plans for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the team.
- Assist in defining and marketing the employee value proposition, highlighting the company's unique benefits and perks.
- Implement recognition and rewards programs to boost employee morale and motivation.
- Organize employee engagement programs, such as team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and social events.
- Facilitate open and effective communication between employees and management, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.
- Support community groups and DEBI initiatives, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- 6+ years of HR and/or Office experience, with a proven track record of success in employee engagement and experience management.
- Experience in customer service and talent management, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business results.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with DEBI principles is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
