Job Overview

A leading financial institution is seeking a seasoned Digital Employee Experience Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital strategy for their EMEA operations.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team of professionals and drive business growth through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 15+ professionals in designing and delivering exceptional digital experiences for employees across EMEA
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure group to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions
  • Establish and maintain strategic vendor and 3rd party relationships
  • Develop and execute a compelling digital vision for the organization
  • Act as the service owner for client technology assets in EMEA, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing ticket management and reporting within ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Coupa in procurement processes and ability to leverage its capabilities
  • Track record of successfully managing technical teams responsible for Digital Employee Experience
  • Strong expertise in modern client computing platforms, including MS Windows OS, MS SCCM, MS M365, and IOS and Android mobile devices

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: £85,000 - £95,000
