Siamo Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Techncial Sales Professional to drive business growth in the Midlands and South of England.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for selling specialist products across various market sectors, working closely with sales managers to support existing clients and grow sales in their region.
  • Maintaining existing relationships and ensuring continued sales and support through face-to-face meetings and remote applications.
  • Providing education on products and their benefits to key influencers and industry professionals.
  • Working closely with the UK sales team to coordinate activities and achieve agreed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience within technical and/or industrial fields with a proven record of success.
  • Able to generate new business and network effectively within the region and beyond.
  • Able to consistently achieve agreed sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Educated to degree level or similar, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to travel across a territory and stay overnight as required.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to prepare sales reports, forecasting and budgeting reports, and manage projects from start to finish.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Mileage allowance and mobile phone provided.
  • 4% contributory pension scheme and hybrid working arrangement.
  • Opportunity for salary increase after year one if targets are met and performance-related bonus is achieved.

Estimated Salary: £42,500 per annum, based on experience and performance.
