Job Overview

Kerridge Commercial Systems is a leading provider of software solutions for the rental industry, with a strong presence globally. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect/Customer Relationship Development: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to maximise client opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Sales Activity: Conduct outbound cold-calling/telemarketing to prospects across various business sectors, contributing to KCS sales targets, including follow-up activity as necessary.
  • Data Management: Proactively create and maintain accurate information systems, ensuring up-to-date data for marketing and re-targeting purposes.
  • Research: Research and document suitable decision-makers within target companies, conducting market research via cold calling to identify sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for sales and generating new business: A strong drive to achieve sales targets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Telemarketing/telesales experience: Proven experience in telemarketing and telesales, with a focus on building strong relationships and closing deals.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise leads, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driving licence and own car: Reliable transportation is essential for this role.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
