Business Development Specialist

Cali Web Design Services is seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business in all service categories.
- Maintain existing client relationships to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to conduct demos and handle objections effectively.
- Create reports, proposals, and documentation for executive-level presentations.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process.
- Foster collaboration with other sales representatives to meet quotas and uphold company standards.
Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Able to balance persuasion with professionalism.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on location and experience
