Sales and Development Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Development Director to join our team at Lyreco. As a Business Development Manager for Surrey and surrounding areas, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to manage relationships and accounts effectively, maintaining and growing existing business accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets, excellent customer awareness, and the ability to build strong relationships. They will also have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be able to analyse data to identify potential within an existing client. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of the sales process and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus commission, company car, mobile phone, laptop, healthcare etc. You will also benefit from 31 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays, company pension & life assurance scheme, private medical insurance, and many more benefits listed below.
