Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

As a Regional Sales Director at Mountain Warehouse Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability in your area of operation. You will lead a team of store managers and work closely with the regional manager to achieve business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise store sales and profitability
  • Build and develop a strong team through motivational leadership
  • Establish and maintain best practice in customer care
  • Support and coach improvement in visual merchandising
  • Deliver operational compliance across stores
  • Liaise between head office and stores

A typical week for this role would involve driving key performance indicators through store teams, analysing business results, visiting stores, recognising outstanding sales performance, and communicating regularly with the regional manager.
