The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with experience of launching high-performing grocery customer propositions. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities for growth, and develop targeted strategies to drive results.
We offer a competitive salary of £63,500 per annum, plus benefits including a car allowance, healthcare cover, and a defined contribution pension scheme.
