Business Development Director

This role will support frontline sales managers and sales leadership team in executing effective management disciplines and establishing a sales coaching program. You will align people, processes, and priorities to increase sales results and productivity by providing integrated content, training, and coaching services for salespeople and front-line sales managers along the entire customer's buying and product use journey.
- You will have extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
