About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Operations Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that all events are delivered efficiently, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Group Event Director to develop and implement operational plans for each event.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including vendor and supplier management.
  • Develop detailed event schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Manage event budgets and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with event operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding event operations.
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale events, ideally within an association, conference organizer, or exhibition organizer type business. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
