Job Description

Event Producer

Event Source Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Producer to join our team. As an Event Producer, you will be responsible for managing large-scale immersive events with high-profile talent and attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global brand activation campaigns, including game and product launches.
  • Project manage all internal work for the event, including creative briefing and review, working with internal/external vendors for collateral materials/graphics, signage, and toolkits to support events.
  • Work with the Global Director to surface territory event requests from the internal event submission system, including major consumer shows.
  • Analyze information from our internal event submission system and important metric information submitted by territories to define and measure meaningful metric data and reports.
  • Develop and implement event metrics to further develop the events and activations campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in event marketing, activation project management, managing global teams, and/or developing event metrics.
  • Roster of successfully delivered event activation programs with proven business results.
  • Experience in negotiating event sponsorships, agency, and vendor contracts.
  • Well-versed in cultural and event marketing trends and new technologies.
  • MS Office proficiency; Wrike and Illustrator/Photoshop design skills desired, but not required.
