About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Event Support Assistant to join our team at Westham London Stadium. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of premium service to our customers on event days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient, accurate, and friendly customer service to all our customers.
  • Menu Knowledge: Take time to learn about our menu and the event you are working at, so that you can advise customers on food choices, allergies, and other relevant information.
  • Food Preparation: Carry out aspects of food preparation to ensure the efficiency of service, including cooking designated menu items to the required standard.
  • Food Hygiene and Health and Safety: Be fully conversant with all Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Team Support: Support your catering team leader/unit manager by being flexible and willing to undertake additional duties or responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or catering is essential.
  • Age: All candidates must be 17+ years of age.
  • Hourly Rate: Catering staff starts on £12.50/Hour+Holiday pay.
