About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced, passionate and personable Senior Event & Conference Operations Manager/ Head of Operations Delivery to join our fantastic team within a unique and complex site that delivers high-end events.

The Opportunity

This is a new opportunity to oversee the strategic execution, and management of all aspects of the food & beverage operation, ensuring that events are executed flawlessly, within budget, and aligned with the client's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the planning and events team to deliver exceptional events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a 5* catering service at all times.
  • Lead and mentor the events operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in operational event management within a similar hospitality environment, working with a wide variety of events including exhibitions, banquets, conferences and receptions.

You will have a genuine passion for hospitality, people and service, and strive to exceed expectations by leading and mentoring the events operations team.
