About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced, passionate and personable Senior Event & Conference Operations Manager/ Head of Operations Delivery to join our fantastic team within a unique and complex site that delivers high-end events.
The Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic execution and management of all aspects of the food & beverage operation.
- Ensure that events are executed flawlessly, within budget, and aligned with the client's goals.
- Collaborate with the planning and events team to deliver exceptional events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a 5* catering service at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in operational event management within a similar hospitality environment working with a wide variety of events including exhibitions, banquets, conferences and receptions.
- Genuine passion for hospitality, people and service.
- Ability to lead and mentor the events operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
