The Opportunity
Troika Recruitment is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Event Operations Manager to join our team within a prestigious event venue in London.
The Role
This is a new opportunity to oversee the strategic execution and management of all aspects of the food and beverage operation, ensuring seamless delivery of high-end events within budget and aligned with client goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the planning and events team to deliver exceptional events, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ensure flawless execution of events, maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Lead and mentor the events operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in operational event management within a similar hospitality environment, working with a wide variety of events including exhibitions, banquets, conferences, and receptions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event operations management, with a focus on food and beverage delivery.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
