About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at How 2 Drive. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of live events and ensuring the smooth operation of our venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of major events, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive project success.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of operations teams, including staff, artist brands, and external promoters.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event operations and management, with a strong track record of delivering successful events.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of licensing requirements and compliance, with the ability to ensure that all events are delivered in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
