Job Overview
Citysprint UK Ltd is a leading courier services provider in the UK, aiming to become the nation's most intuitive and responsive delivery service. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent and exceptional account management for our clients, with full commercial responsibility for retention, revenue, and margin performance of assigned clients.
- Develop sales plans and strategies with your team that are robust and fit for purpose, focusing on face-to-face contact with new and existing users.
- Grow territory revenue by selling solutions directly to new and current users through high-volume, business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
Requirements
- High-volume, B2B sales experience with proven sales success.
- Consultative selling and closing skills or the ability to learn these skills through openness to following a structured sales process.
- Strong existing Sales, Business Development, and Account Management experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Location
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £31,366 and £47,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. The role requires daily travel within the assigned territory, located in Birmingham.
