About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Field Sales Account Manager to join our team in South East England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth through existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
What We Offer
The successful candidate can expect:
- A competitive basic salary of up to £37,000
- A £5,000 car allowance
- Uncapped commission earning potential, with a realistic OTE of £60,000 in Year One
- Opportunities for rapid career advancement, with the possibility of becoming a sales manager within 18 months
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships through field sales efforts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with telesales team to generate leads and support sales efforts
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in field sales or account management
- Ideal backgrounds include hygiene services, FM services, Payment Solutions, Security services (physical and electronic), laundry services, FMCG into independent retailers, office equipment and other roles selling into SME businesses
- Strong B2B sales ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Ability to pass background checks, including adverse credit history, disqualified directors and DBS Checks
