Regional Business Development Manager

We provide our customers with the parts and products they need, sometimes partnering with them in their own locations as a seamless extension of their own team.

About the RoleThis role will require you to generate new sales leads in existing customers and develop new customers in your region.
- You will be responsible for identifying and penetrating gaps where ERIKS do not currently supply.
- You will engage with internal stakeholders and gather external information to understand customer needs and create a compelling customer engagement strategy.
- You will create and deliver presentations to clients as required.
- You will manage territory effectively, utilizing digital tools to ensure quality customer interactions.
- You will keep up with market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
- You will manage stakeholders with our customers, colleagues, and suppliers to enable alignment of customer needs and exceptional delivery on our commitments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong problem-solving and solution-driven sales experience.
- A technical and commercial engineering background.
- Experience in authentic sales.
- A strong track record of winning new business as well as maintaining existing accounts.
- A strong team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- The ability to work remotely and travel across the Yorkshire region.
We offer a very competitive salary: £60,000 per annum, plus benefits.
