Regional Compensation Manager
Axi is seeking a highly skilled Regional Compensation Manager to lead payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory and reporting obligations. This role involves managing regional payrolls, benefits, and leave management, as well as providing month-end support to the Financial Control team. Key requirements include previous experience in payroll processing within a multi-jurisdictional environment and proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications.
