National Accounts Role:

We are seeking a Customer Success Lead to join our team at Meatex Trading Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of national accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Support the Head of Sales – National in developing and implementing sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify opportunities for growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer records, including creating and maintaining up-to-date records, and tracking customer activity.

Experience within Sales and Sales Support, ideally gained within the Foodservice Sector and National Accounts, is essential. You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong I.T and administration skills.

Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Increase customer satisfaction levels by 15% within the first six months.
  2. Grow revenue from national accounts by 10% within the first year.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Salary:

£62,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses.
