Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Premier Inn Cheltenham Town Centre. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a keen eye for detail.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

This is a full-time position based in The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham GL50 4FA. You can expect a competitive salary of £59 per hour, plus benefits such as training and support, pension and saving schemes, and discounts on meals and travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • To oversee and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of cleanliness.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including financial and operational data.
  • To identify and implement opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
