Customer Service Manager

FatFace is a dynamic and passionate team seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead its store in Stow on the Wold.
The ideal candidate will have relevant management experience and outstanding organisation and communication skills.
In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and supporting your team to reach their full potential.
As a leader, you will promote the FatFace brand and culture to customers through your team and align yourself with our social and environmental mission.
Your key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, visual standards, profitability, and productivity of your store.
Requirements:
- Relevant management experience
