Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, managing order intake and inputting data into internal systems.
  • Connect with customer portals and systems to facilitate communication and order management.
  • Support forecasting, billing, and collection activities to drive business growth.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, working closely with operations to provide timely updates and resolutions.
  • Engage in sales activities for assigned customers, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of an operational year plan for your department, focusing on process improvements and strategic objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to products, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide proactive support to the wider project management community, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various business units to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Work within predefined contracts and frameworks, exercising discretion to adapt to changing circumstances when necessary.
  • Expedite orders as required, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in sales administration or order processing, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in using business systems, such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
